French Toasts

Ingredients (serves 2)
4 slices of sandwich bread
2 large eggs
70ml milk 
1 teaspoon sugar
A dash of cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
butter for frying

maple syrup

1. Beat the eggs lightly in a dish. Add milk, sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and mix well. 

2. Heat up a skillet/non-stick pan. Add some butter to the pan. Dip a slice of sandwich bread in the egg mixture. Fry the slice of soaked bread until golden brown on each side. 

3. Repeat step 2 for the other 3 slices of bread. 

4. Serve warm with some butter and maple syrup.
