Pineapple Cucumber Salsa

This is a simple and refreshing side dish. We had it with Ayam Pongteh today. Great for tacos and wraps too. 
 
Ingredients (serves 2-4)
1 japanese cucumber , cut into cubes of about 2cm
4 slices of canned pineapple, cut into small pieces
2 small shallots, thinly sliced
1 red chilli, thinly sliced (remove seeds to reduce heat)
some cilantro
juice of 3 limes
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix well and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or till serving.
