Kimchi Omelette

This 2 ingredients dish is really easy to make. All you need is eggs and your favourite Kimchi.

Kimchi Omelette (serves 2-3)

3 eggs
30-40g Kimchi, drained (amount can vary)

1. Cut/Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces.
2. Beat 3 eggs with a fork and add the chopped kimchi.
3. Heat up a non-stick pan/skillet, add a little oil and pour the egg mixture into the pan/skillet.
4. Cook for a few minutes and flip it over to cook for another few minutes.
5. Cut into desired serving size and serve.
