Soursop has many health benefits and rich in nutrients like amino acids, calcium, iron, vitamin C etc. My children do not like to eat fresh soursop because of it's fibrous flesh. Soursop does not keep well, hence i usually freeze some for making smoothies. I tried soursop and mango smoothie today and it is really good. So yummy !
Ingredients (serves 2)
300g frozen soursop (seeds removed before freezing)
150g frozen mango
120ml - 150ml drinking water, depending on your preferred consistency
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a power blender capable of blending ice cubes. Blend on low and slowly increase speed till well blended.
2. Serve immediately.
