Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad

This is a really simple, fast and delicious salad. I love the taste of this salad dressing. It is a bit tart and sweet. You can adjust the amount of vinegar, sugar, salt and olive oil according to your preferred taste. 

Ingredients (serves 1-2) 
Mixed greens

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
3/4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

1. Rinse and dry the mixed greens using a salad spinner. Wet greens will dilute the dressing. 

2. In a small bowl, prepare the vinaigrette according to your preference. Mix well and pour over the salad just before serving. Give the salad a good toss, top with walnuts and serve immediately.
