Guacamole


I love superfood avocado. This is really simple to make and it only takes 5 minutes to prepare. I like it with waterthins crackers. 


I like to use avocado to make Avocado Milkshake with Gula Melaka too.

Guacamole (serves 1-2)

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/4 or 1/2 tsp lemon/lime juice according to taste
Salt to taste



You can also add
chopped tomatoes, seeds removed
cilantro

Method
1. Mash the avocado with a fork. Add chopped shallots, salt  and lemon juice and mix well.

2. Serve with your favourite crackers or toast.
