Honey Roasted Cashew Nuts


Ingredients
500g raw cashew nuts
20g butter
30g honey
1 to 2 tablespoon of brown sugar (according to taste)
a few pinches of cinnamon powder (according to taste)
a few pinches of paprika powder (according to taste) 
a few pinches of turmeric powder  (according to taste) 
a few pinches of salt (according to taste)

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.
 
2. Place the raw cashew nuts evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 -15 minutes till golden brown.

 

 
3. Melt butter and honey in a pan. Add cinnamon powder, paprika powder and turmeric powder and stir to dissolve. Add the warm roasted cashew nuts and stir to coat well. 
 
4. Pour the coated nuts back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle some salt and brown sugar and give it a toss to mix well. 


5. Let cool and store in a air-tight container.
